Do my clients have to pay?
No. Clients use the Swibe app for free on iPhone, Android or the web. You only pay for seats beyond your free 3.
Do I need to be on Caliplaces?
No. Swibe works on its own. If you already coach through Caliplaces, your clients and services sync automatically and extra seats are included.
Which devices does Swibe work on?
iPhone, Android and the web, for you and your clients. Everything stays in sync, so you can plan on a laptop and reply from your phone.
Which languages are supported?
Swibe is available in 11 languages, and each client sees the app in their own language.
Switching
What happens to my WhatsApp chats?
Export any chat from WhatsApp and import it into the client’s thread. Messages keep their original dates, media included.
How do I invite my clients?
Import them from your phone contacts and send each one a personal invite link. Joining takes about 30 seconds.
Can I import my existing programs?
Yes. Upload a PDF or a photo and the AI import turns it into an editable program.
Payments and billing
How do payments work?
Payouts run through Stripe straight to your bank. You send a one-off link or a monthly plan from the client’s card; a small platform fee is shown before you send anything. Pause, resume or cancel any time.
Can I cancel my plan?
Anytime, from Manage billing. Your clients and data stay - only the seat limit changes.
Are all features on every plan?
Yes. Plans differ only by how many clients you coach. The free plan includes every feature.
AI and privacy
What do the AI overviews do?
They sum up each client’s recent check-ins, workouts and notes in a few lines, so you can catch up fast. Only you see them - nothing is sent to your clients.
