Why calculate an hourly rate for monthly coaching?
A monthly price hides how much time each client really takes. Your hourly rate shows whether raising prices, cutting admin or taking more clients actually moves your income.
What should I count as admin?
Anything that is not coaching: writing the same plan twice, reminding clients to check in, chasing payments, finding old messages and scheduling.
Does this include payment fees?
No. Card fees depend on your country and payment method, so the calculator leaves them out. The Swibe plan cost is included.
