Can I keep using WhatsApp for some clients?
Yes. Many coaches move clients over gradually. Swibe does not need every client on day one.
What does the WhatsApp import bring over?
Messages with their original timestamps and the media in the export. They appear in the client’s Swibe thread as history.
Do suggested replies send anything automatically?
No. Suggested replies are drafts in your composer on the web. Nothing is sent until you press send.
